The construction of 98% of the hospital, which will include 140 comprehensive clinics, 17 operating rooms, and 97 intensive care rooms, has been completed. It's expected of the hospital to provide its services to thousands of patients from the neighboring areas of the Turkish city of Yalova.

The hospital is also designed not to be affected by strong earthquakes to provide continuous service, and even in the event of a 9-magnitude earthquake, the hospital will be able to withstand it and even continue operations without interruption. With a planned area of ​​105,000 square meters, it is equipped with the latest technology, with 497 earthquake isolators at the foundation of the building.

The new hospital will be transformed into a training and research hospital by merging it with the Yalova University Faculty of Medicine next year.

With the opening of the new hospital and medical college, many units related to chemotherapy, nuclear medicine, oncology and pediatric departments will be opened, and it will save a lot of costs for cancer and dialysis patients who will not have to leave the city for treatment in other cities.
